  * Just follow some rules
    * Start with a H1 headline -> the welcome page
    * H2 headlines create new slides
    * A horizontal line switches to the handout (only displayed in print)
  * Adding the ''%%~~SLIDYSHOW~~%%'' will create a link to the presentation mode
